At state level however, these records may be retrieved through the Vital Records office of the Mississippi State Department of Health. Alcorn County Birth Records
Alcorn County birth records are available through the Vital Records Office of the Mississippi State Department of Health. However, access to these records is strictly restricted to the record holder and legally authorized persons who can demonstrate a legitimate and tangible interest in the record.
